The following information must be provided in the body of the letter:

• 2. Your account ID.
• 3. 6 first and 4 last digits of the card from which the order was made in the format 1234 56 ** **** 1234
• 4. Describe the issue in details.

- To recover your password:

• 1. Follow the link.
• 2. Please enter a registered email.
• 3. Your new password will be sent to the specified address.
• 4. Enter a new password in your personal cabinet.

Unsubscribe and once the paid period expires, the access will terminate automatically.
To continue workouts, just pay for a subscription or one-time access for any of the packages on the site.

There can be two options:

• If you have a subscription, access will automatically renew for the next period. How to unsubscribe is mentioned above.
• 2. If you have paid for a certain period without a subscription, the courses will be unavailable once the period expires. To continue training, you have to pay for any chosen package on our website ubody.app

If the video doesn't start or playback is interrupted:

• 1. Check your internet connection.
• 2. Close applications and other browser tabs and windows that you are not using.
• 3. Try a different browser.
• 4. Try a different device if possible. If you are using a tablet or phone, try a PC or laptop.
• 5. Try playing another video from the course to see if there is a playback issueм.
• 6. Update your drivers if possible.
• 7. Open the video in a browser using an Incognito mode.

You can watch training videos online on our website only.
You can log in your account from any device 24/7. Internet connection is obligatory of course.
